Congratulations on your engagement! We are so excited for you.
What an exciting season you’re in planning your dream wedding!
We love that we get to be the first item on your wedding to-do list. This gives us the opportunity to help turn any panic or overwhelm into excitement and eagerness.
When you book with The Weinberg, you not only get the venue, you get us! We are excited to come alongside you as you prepare for this important day. You don’t get to just book with us then move on. No way girl, we’re in it with you for the full planning process. Although we aren’t your official planner, we are extremely excited to help you where we can.
We are thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such a special day!
Meet the team
Skyler - Owner
Hey there, I’m Skyler! Faith and family are my whole world. My husband and I are new to this parenting thing and our daughter, Everly, has us smitten. Good wine and good food is my thing. Take me to any Mexican food restaurant or pour me a glass of Cabernet, I wouldn’t mind a margarita either, and I’m a happy girl. I love music! I’m not a big work out person but I really love a good group fitness class or playing tennis. My motto is, if you’re going to work out, you might as well have fun while doing it.
Last but definitely not least is my love for my Savior, Jesus Christ, and what He did and does for me every day. He ultimately makes me who I am and fills my heart with unmatchable joy. My favorite person in the Bible is either Daniel or Paul, their strength and perseverance astounds me. Some verses that I want to leave with you are: Philippians 4:6-7, Psalm 63:3
Enough about me, this is about you. I am so overjoyed to hear you are interested in celebrating one of the most important days of your life with us! I would love to meet you, get to know you, and come along with you during this fun season. And always know we are here to make your experience unforgettable.
Shaylie- On-site manager
Hi friend! Shaylie Here, when I’m not busy busting my booty for you and all our couples, I’m taking photos or spending time with the people I love. I’m super pumped about the possibility of working with you! I’ll be the one checking in on you like we mentioned earlier- can’t wait to hear about all the details of your special day. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Moses, he’s pretty awesome. Although I don’t make time to do it too often, I really enjoy rock climbing. Favorite bible character is definitely Daniel, or maybe Moses! Both are pretty incredible. I’ll bless you with a few verses to check out before you move on:

Allison- On-site manager
Hey y’all, it’s Allison! I’m lucky to be one of your Weinberg venue managers. Throughout college, I had the honor of working in the wedding industry and truly have a passion for assisting couples on one of the happiest days of their lives! When I’m not working, I love reading, being outdoors, or traveling back home to East Texas to see my family. Margaritas and queso are the keys to my heart, and football is my favorite season but only because of the fall weather! I have a doodle named Dallas, he’s been my baby since 2021 and he is very spoiled! We take lots of walks and naps

How the Weinberg Came to Be
When Skyler and her husband were engaged, (both Aggies by the way and met in College Station) they decided that College Station would be a great central location to have their wedding.
But to no avail, there weren’t many venues in the area, they were either too small, or were totally booked out.
Skyler and her husband saw an opportunity. They ended up getting married elsewhere but decided it was their dream to create an elegant and beautiful experience for other engaged couples looking for a central place to hold a wedding.
"The Weinberg was built on our family principals. Us sisters, Skyler and Shaylie, worked tirelessly to create an elegant venue for other couples to start their legacies and create memories that last a lifetime!"
Skyler’s husband, has an architect’s eye and planned and landscaped the beautiful property where The Weinberg sits. Making unique and gorgeous backdrops everywhere you look.
With their building outline and plans, the sisters, Skyler and Shaylie built the spaces and did all the interiors and details.
"Our family didn’t leave any detail uncared for. We put months into finding the perfect lights for each space in the venue."
"We hired a local custom furniture shop with artisans from Mexico who hand carved all the wooden doors, we flew to Colorado to pick out the wood, and looked through countless brick samples to find the right one."
Even if you spend the whole day here at The Weinberg, you’ll still find another detail at the end of the night that you didn’t notice before.
There are plenty of opportunities for little moments of magic throughout the day.
