The venue rental includes 14 hours of rental time, not including the hour after your event for vendor clean up, so you can fit all those important details into your timeline. Ask us about our 36 hour rental if you wish to have use of the venue the day prior to wedding day. Please note that receptions must conclude by 11pm.
The prices are based on the day of the week you choose to host your celebration! Weekends range from $9,000 - $14,500. Weekday rates are $7,000.
No, we offer in-house bar packages and bartenders for an elevated experience that ensures your event doesn’t run out of beverages and also reduces your personal liability. Please note that due to TABC guidelines, it is illegal for outside alcohol to be consumed on property. At the end of the night, we want everyone to make it home safely. Thank you for your understanding.

• Multiple farmhouse tables that add character to your floorplan. These are a great way to
highlight your sweet heart or head table.
• 450 wooden crossback chairs for indoor use.
• 450 folding garden chairs for outdoor use so you can have both your outdoor ceremony and your indoor reception set.
• Dedicated buffet serving area so that you don’t have to worry about incorporating a
buffet line into your floorplan, it’s already there. Includes sliding barn doors so you can shut off the area when it’s time for clean up.
• Large catering kitchen complete with a 1,000 lb ice machine.
• 2,200 sq. ft. veranda with built-in bar overlooking the pond and vineyard so guests can enjoy cocktail hour with a scenic view.
• Swoon-worthy bridal suite and groom’s dressing room, so the entire bridal party has plenty of space to get ready in style
Due to liability concerns, we are not available for events where a high percentage of guests may be under 21.
